Terms of Service — Let It Track

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Let It Track, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using Let It Track, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Types

3.1 General User Account

A General User account provides personal health tracking features. General Users can track daily activities, create personal plans, join Clubs and request Coach Access.

3.2 Coach Account

A Coach account provides full coaching platform features including club creation, member management, health plan building and progress monitoring. Coaches are responsible for the advice, programs and recommendations they provide to their members.

3.3 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

Both General User and Coach accounts include a 7-day free trial upon registration.

No payment is required to start the trial
You receive full access to your account type's features during the trial
The trial begins on the day you register and lasts 7 calendar days
After the trial expires, an active subscription is required to continue using the platform

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Current Pricing

General User — ₹199/month · ₹1,990/year
Coach — ₹499/month · ₹4,990/year

Pricing is managed by the platform administrator and may change. Updated pricing will be reflected in the app.

5.2 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

5.3 Plan Changes & Proration

Upgrades — take effect immediately. You pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan, minus a credit for remaining time on your current plan.
Downgrades — are scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then.
Trial to paid conversion — converts your trial to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.

All proration amounts are calculated server-side based on your actual subscription data.

5.4 Subscription States

Your subscription can be in one of these states: Trialing (active free trial), Active (paid subscription current), or Expired (subscription period ended).

6. Payments

6.1 UPI Payment

Let It Track currently supports UPI as the primary payment method. To pay:

Select your plan and billing cycle
Complete the UPI payment using the provided UPI details
Enter your UPI Transaction ID (UTR number)
Optionally upload a payment screenshot
Submit the confirmation for admin verification

6.2 Payment Verification

UPI payments are verified manually by a platform administrator. Your subscription is activated after the administrator approves your payment. This is not an automatic process.

6.3 Payment Amounts

All payment amounts are calculated server-side. You cannot manipulate the payment amount by modifying browser data.

6.4 Additional Payment Methods

Razorpay and other payment gateways may be enabled by the platform administrator at a future date. Currently, UPI is the supported payment method.

7. Coach & Club Responsibilities

Coaches are responsible for the health plans, advice and programs they create for their members
Coaches should ensure their recommendations are appropriate for their members
Coaches must respect member privacy and only access information that members have chosen to share
Clubs are limited to 25 active members per club
Coach Access requires administrator approval and cannot be self-approved

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
Create accounts using false or misleading information
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to access the platform without authorization

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination:

Your access to the platform will be revoked
Your server-stored data will be retained as described in the Privacy Policy
Your local device data is not affected by server-side account termination

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep Let It Track available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

11. Intellectual Property

Let It Track and its associated content, design and code are the intellectual property of CubicZo. Your personal tracking data belongs to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

Let It Track is a tracking and organization tool. It is not a medical service. See the Health & Wellness Disclaimer for important information about the limitations of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let It Track and CubicZo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform.
