PLATFORM ADMIN ROLE
The Platform Administrator manages system infrastructure and coach accounts:
- Provision new Coach accounts
- Manage Coach account lifecycles and security status
- Monitor all active Clubs and aggregated platform metrics
- Administer Club trials and grant verified extensions
- Inspect trial extension audit trails
COACH & CLUB GOVERNANCE
Coach Account Lifecycle: Create and provision Coach credentials. Coaches can then create and manage their own Clubs and member plans.
Club Ownership: Each Club is owned by a Coach. Clubs support unlimited members and maintain independent rosters and guided plans.
CLUB TRIAL MANAGEMENT & AUDIT LOGS
Default 7-Day Trial: New Clubs are automatically initialized with a 7-day trial period upon creation.
Extending a Trial: Platform Admin can extend any Club trial using either predefined intervals (+7, +14, +30, +90 days) or by setting a Specific Expiry Date in the future.
Audit Logging: Every trial extension is permanently recorded on the Club audit record (via original_trial_ends_at, trial_extended_at and trial_extended_by) capturing the Admin identity, extension timestamp and preserved original vs updated expiration.
PLATFORM SECURITY & PRIVACY BOUNDARIES
Strict Authorization Boundaries: Platform Admin does NOT have unrestricted access to individual Member tracking records or private photos.
Member data access strictly adheres to the application's local-first architecture and member-controlled sharing model.
DEPLOYMENT & SCHEDULER INFRASTRUCTURE
Let It Track runs automated background cron jobs via api/cron.php to dispatch Web Push reminders. Database migrations are version-controlled under api/migrations/.
